NEXT CAUCUS MEETING
The next meeting of the Northern Virginia Caucus of Chapters will be held on Thursday, March 3, 2011 from 12 noon to 3:00 p.m. at Neighbor's Restaurant, 262-D Cedar Lane, Vienna, VA. The phone number is (703) 698-8010. For those of you who would like to order lunch, you can come at 11:30 a.m. The meeting will begin at noon.
Subject: Northern Virginia Caucus of Chapters.
Chapter representation to the Caucus shall comprise of the President of each Chapter and a Chapter Delegate appointed by the Chapter President. The President of each Chapter shall appoint Alternates to serve in the absence of the Chapter President and the Chapter Delegate. The Virginia Federation Area Vice Presidents representing those Chapters who are members of the Caucus and all Past Chairmen of the Caucus shall serve as members of the Caucus. This meeting is open to members of all of the Chapters in areas 9 and 10.
