Sue and Jim Righter are serving a second two-year term as Co-Service Officers of the Virginia Federation of Chapters. Members of Dulles Chapter 1241, they both have served as chapter service officers and in other ways in NARFE. They are expanding their service work to cover a wide range of topics of interest to current and retired federal employees, and their spouses.
