Wilton was appointed VFC Alzheimer's chair in 2002. He was born and raised in NC. He has a degree in Agricultural Education. A 35 year career in the current Department of Agriculture with 15 years in NC and 20 years in DC. He is very active in several volunteer capacities from driving folks to medical appointments to a Fairfax Hospital Volunteer. He has been active in the Methodist Church all his life. He has been a NARFE member since 1990.
Wilton's goal is to stay active until they "tag his toe"
